“...we got to see so much more up close: vultures feeding on a kill, a cheetah resting under a tree after stuffing itself, lion cubs playing together (and eating wildebeest) as the sun rose over the Masai Mara, and yes, even the painfully ugly wildebeests running down a canyon to cross a river—and one narrowly wriggling free of the jaws of a crocodile in the process. In between, there were lots of baboon, giraffe, hippo, flamingo, elephant and rhino families, and of course, a hundred Lion King references and sing-alongs.”
